Shipping Policy

Shipping Policy

MYAURELLE partners with major international shipping companies like FedEx, SF Express, DHL, UPS, and EMS who work with local couriers—allowing us to ship directly to your door and proudly offer flat-rate worldwide shipping.

You will be charged when you place your order. All payments are subject to verification and approval before shipping and may take several days to process. To help prevent credit card fraud, orders with incorrect billing information or requiring additional verification may be delayed and/or canceled.

 


 

Shipping Process

We require between 6-10 business days on average to fulfill your order and transport it to our carrier’s sorting facility. Some items may take longer, especially around major holidays (up to 14 days) or if your order includes high-demand items experiencing stock availability issues.

Once your order has begun processing through our shipping department, we are unable to make any changes (including address changes). We will only ship to the address provided at checkout.

We only ship during business days and do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a Shipping Confirmation Email with tracking information.

For orders containing multiple items, products may be shipped separately and received on different dates due to varying manufacturing partner locations.

 


 

Tracking


All orders are processed with tracking numbers. You will receive an email with the tracking number once your order is dispatched to the carrier’s sorting facility.

For some shipping companies, it may take a few days for tracking information to update in the system.

If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no tracking information available, please contact us at hello@myaurelle.com.

While we will do everything possible to ensure on-time delivery, MYAURELLE cannot be held responsible for delays caused by customs clearance, holidays, severe weather, labor strikes, protests, or any other conditions beyond our control.

 


 

Duties, Taxes, and Other Fees


International shipments may be subject to import taxes, duties, and/or customs clearance fees, which are levied once a shipment reaches the recipient’s country. These fees are the sole responsibility of the customer.

MYAURELLE has no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount.

If a shipment is refused and returned due to unpaid import fees, you will be responsible for any return shipping costs and additional charges incurred.

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages


MYAURELLE is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages. If your tracking information states that your package was delivered, but you have not received it, please report it and file a claim with your shipping carrier.


Important: We utilize timestamp information from the tracking link and delivery confirmation from the carrier when reviewing lost/damage claims. If a claim is not reported immediately, we may not be able to honor your request.

 


 

Wrong Address Disclaimer


It is the buyer’s responsibility to ensure that the shipping address entered at checkout is correct.

We begin processing orders immediately after they are placed, meaning we cannot make address changes once your order has been processed.

If an incorrect address was provided and the package is returned to us, you will be responsible for reshipping fees.
